ABOUT US
Our Mission & Values
Being activists and organisers ourselves, we wanted to create a home for social and systemic change projects. We know transformation is immensely needed across all issue areas, but the field lacks critical infrastructure.
Initiatives for social change as well as grassroots communities working on systemic solutions want to concentrate on their core work and goals. But as soon as they need to receive and use financial resources, they mostly have to create their own legal entities and figure out the same questions and legal challenges that hundreds have faced before them. Summed up across the sector, the amount of work and time going into this individualized administrative and organizational burden is staggering.
Through collaborations, we want to work together with initiatives, projects and actors so that they have more space and energy to make this world a better place. Our vision is a world in which everyone can freely envision, collaborate, and advocate for a just coexistence and a healthy planet. Our values — trust, collaboration, respect, care and justice — guide everything we do, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where meaningful impact can be achieved through shared efforts.

Meet the Team
Our team consists of people with a background in organising and philanthropy as well as administration, communication and fundraising. We are well connected with international social and systemic change projects as well as with funders and philanthropic networks.
As we all come from different areas, backgrounds and socio-cultural contexts, we bring diverse experiences and perspectives to the table. All of us share an interest in social change movements though — from human rights and refugee support to arts, climate and digital activism. We have passionate tea drinkers among us as well as artists, nature enthusiasts or Otaku. Some of us always bring card games and provocations, some are traveling or make music.
We speak the following languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian
